The Vivo Y39 has been spotted on Geekbench, revealing some key performance details ahead of its expected launch.

The device scored 912 in single-core and 2,214 in multi-core tests on Geekbench 6.3.0, indicating that it is likely a mid-range device rather than a high-end one.

The Vivo Y39 will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset, a lower-tier SoC, but it does support 5G connectivity.

The prototype tested had 8GB of RAM, and other RAM options may be available at launch.

The device will run Android 15 out of the box and could be branded Jovi in Brazil due to a trademark dispute with Telefonica Brazil, which owns the Vivo name in that region.

The Vivo Y39 will likely share some similarities with its predecessor, the Vivo Y38, which launched earlier this year.

The Y38 featured a 6.68-inch 120Hz LCD screen, a 50 MP main camera, an 8 MP selfie camera, and a 6,000 mAh battery with 44W charging support.

Further details on the Y39’s specs are expected to be revealed closer to the launch.
